does anyone here smoke and take birth control pills? if so, have you experienced any side effects because of it?

- I ma a smoker, and have been on the pill, while smoking. It can up your chances of stuff happening, but I never had any problems. When I went to my gyno, they asked if I smoked, and then put me on a low dose pill-it's suppose to not be as bad then. I was on Loestrin.#1; Sun, 16 Dec 2007 18:17:00 GMT
- I'm on Orhto-Tricyclen Lo, for about 2 years now, and I quit smoking last September, but due to current stresses, I've started again :(. I haven't experienced any side effects with taking the pill and smoking, although I've read that smoking while taking the pill is a big no-no :nono: .
