Question about estrogen.

Does anyone here know how they would go about treating low estrogen in a young woman? I'm 21 and suspect an estrogen issue. I'll know for sure in about 15 days (counting down the days till my endo appointment) but while I'm waiting I'd like to satiate my curiosity. Thanks, ladies!
